Is the Camillus Airforce Pilot Survival knife what I think it is?

I think this is the same thing I had when I was a teenager. It was VERY hard to sharpen and I don't think I ever got a very good edge on it. Is this knife the same way? It looks like it might make a decent car knife, but I'm thinking it may be a cheap steel/blade that won't take an edge.
Does anyone have any experience with these?
Thanks,
Steve
