I, a constituent and law abiding American gun owner, respectfully request from you the consideration that which you (appropriately) promise as quoted from your Policy Statements found on www.congress.org...
To Israel: The right to self defense.
"...As a Member of the House International Relations Committee, I strongly support Israel's right to self-defense..."
To Gay/Lesbians: The right to enjoy ALL the freedomes guaranteed by our constitution (not just select portions of it).
"...All Americans must be able to enjoy the freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution..."
To Abortion Activists: A guarantee of constitutional rights. All of them, the rights clearly stated in the Bill of Rights and later ammendments, as well as the ones contrived by the court to allow abortion.
"...Women must be guaranteed their Constitutional rights, free from governmental intrusion..."
To Campaign Finance Reformers: The promise to return control of the federal government back to the people, rather than special interests (like Handgun Control, Inc, VPC, etc).
"...and will begin the process of returning control of the federal government back to the people rather than the special interests..."
I urger you to be consistent with your beliefs and support and defend ALL of the constitution, including support and defense of those rights with which may not personally agree, and not do:
"...I am a sponsor of several progressive gun control bills..."
