[Apple a Day]

I finally found a gun that was just too small for me to get a handle on: the Ruger LCP. I've mananged with a number of j-frames with boot grips but never found a gun that was just so small I couldn't work it comfortably at all. Yesterday I worked a buddy's Kel Tec P-9 happily. Heck, I even managed a Jennings J-22, Beretta Bobcat, and a Taurus PT-22 but the LCP was just too small for me. It may have had something to do with the fact that I was trying to manage the LASER button on the grip while firing.
We're all looking for the "just right" gun. What have you found that's just too big or too small for you to handle? I'm talking grips, not caliber.

There's a long list of guns that are too small for me. Not many that are too big. I've found that the Beretta M9 is the upper limit and the SIG P238 is the lower limit. The CZ75B is "just right," and the 1911 and Hi Power are right there with it.

Too small: Glock 26

Walther PPQ is a good "just right" size gun imho.

Kahr P380 is too small for me, but the PM9 is "just" big enough.

I have medium size hands and the H&K Mark 23 (SOCOM) .45 pistol is waaaay too big for me. I'd have a hard time believing that it's a 'just right' fit for anyone. Did the military special forces folks ever actually carry this weapon?

A J frame revolver with Badger Custom grips is just right for me...

I'm with you on the LCP, OP. My hands are medium-size and the LCP simply feels too small. This is why I will not carry anything smaller than a J-frame.

As far as ultra-concealable guns go, I find the J-frame to be just right for me. It's small enough to fit into my front pocket while large enough to achieve a decent hold on the gun.

While I do not own one at the moment, the Walther PPK/S feels as though it was specifically tailored for my hand. I also enjoy full-size pistols and even conceal carry a Para Ordnance P14-45 pattern 1911 during the colder months.
