Is this rifle discontinued?

I have checked online in other places too that say out of stock.

And I looked in my buddy's new Marlin Catalog (arrived last week) and see no mention anywhere in it of 338 MX.

marlin still shows it in their catologue,davidsons may just not stock it

I think Marlin is only making their top sellers right now, while Remington tries to figure out how to make them corectly. Not good at that just yet.
