Help with Avatar

I honestly can't figure out how to upload my avatar picture. I'm not sure if I'm just completely missing it or what?
If you could help me out i'd appreciate it.

GEE WHIZ! (edited by owen) - just noticed - no one has an avatar picture on this forum huh? For some reason I thought I saw them but I guess I was wrong?

Avatars are disabled on THR for a number of reasons.

Among these, a large number of the members, including at least one moderator use dial-up connections.
