LJ-MosinFreak-Buck May 6, 2012, 07:10 AM Honestly? I wouldn't. Rob G May 6, 2012, 07:50 AM Wouldn't do it. You can't find a PSL to buy right now so they're a little in demand. Not enough to slap a crazy price tag on one but still worth something. From a shootng perspective it's a much nicer, more practical weapon than an uzi. Jet-mech May 6, 2012, 08:54 AM I'd hold onto the PSL and Build an UZI . UZI's are too easy to come by to trade for a nice rifle like a PSL. leadcounsel May 6, 2012, 09:40 PM Anyone else? zoom6zoom May 6, 2012, 09:48 PM Gotta agree. PSL prices have jetted up recently as they have dried up. Not familiar with that Uzi maker, but current production semis go for just over 600, and the mags are cheap. So I wouldn't, but then I already have one of each. But if you don't care for your PSL, it's your call, but I think the other guy would be getting a bit better side of the deal. Dr. Sandman May 8, 2012, 01:18 PM Hey guys, I think that this trade is about right on! http://www.classicfirearms.co/semi-auto%20rifles.htm Classic Arms has both of these guns, ready to ship today. Uzi+2 mags $700 PSL (Assuming 1 mag), no scope $800 Does your PSL have a scope? If not, I think $11 per mag for the uzi is probably fair. If you would ather have the uzi than the PSL, THEN DO IT!!! Life is too short, my friend, to not have the gun that you want Red Tornado May 9, 2012, 04:44 PM I wouldn't. I consider the PSL to be a fine, all purpose, full power, semi-auto rifle with multiple real world applications and the semi-auto UZI to be a bad, inaccurate, high capacity pistol with no real point, except to look like a full auto. YMMV, RT leadcounsel May 10, 2012, 11:49 PM I wouldn't. I consider the PSL to be a fine, all purpose, full power, semi-auto rifle with multiple real world applications and the semi-auto UZI to be a bad, inaccurate, high capacity pistol with no real point, except to look like a full auto. YMMV, RT Largely agreed. Vaarok May 11, 2012, 10:14 AM Seems like trading down. Uzis are not all that popular, PSLs are. Ammo's cheaper for the PSL, and you use less of it. MachIVshooter May 11, 2012, 11:13 AM Well, I traded my PSL with 5 mags for a polished Ruger Single-Six .32 Mag and an unfired 1971 DWM commercial Luger in .30 with 6" barrel. I held onto the Luger (never fired it) for about a year, then traded it for a mint 3" 629. Would I have traded it for an Uzi? No. I don't really care for PCCs, and my Marlin Camp 9 is probably the only one I'll own for the rest of my life. fatcat4620 May 11, 2012, 11:17 AM Keep the PSL CountryUgly May 11, 2012, 12:34 PM My 2 cents I wouldn't do it but it's your gun and your choice. I've traded down a time or two just because I didn't like a gun and I've traded up also just because a guy liked shooting my gun better than his. So go figure. If you would just rather have an uzi than a PSL do it. If you have any consideration for the value of the deal you will be getting short changed. leadcounsel May 12, 2012, 02:16 AM Thanks for the advice... I've decided to keep the PSL.
