Thumbs Up, Tagua Customer Service

In another thread, I conveyed my displeasure with the poor color fast properties of my Tagua belt. I sent Tagua a message to the same effect and this was the first item in my in-box this morning:
My apologies. I will contact my production department advising them of the situation. Can we exchange the belt for your or swap it for a gun holster?
That was fast and more than satisfies my ire with the belt. While I won't risk another belt, I will take them up on a holster.

Another email today from Tagua:
I am sending you the Inside the pants holster for the Ruger SR9, Brown Right handed. This holster has been upgraded and now comes with a skin guard. Keep the belt.
Thank you for your understanding!

Wow, can't beat that!
For the price, their holsters really aren't that bad. I've got one of their minimalist holsters for my sigma (wasn't gonna buy an expensive one for that gun), and it's been holsing up great. I was pleasantly surprised.

Hate to say it, but more comfortable than my Parker, but not tuckable. Holstering is a little more difficult, but hopefully will improve with use. OTOH, drawing is easier because I can get a better grip on the gun handle in the holster.
All in all, a good little holster for the price!
Kudos to Tagua for making customers happy!

Yet another instance where it would have been more prudent to wait for their response rather than voicing your displeasure in a public forum, always bad form.

There was nothing but information in my original post that the belt stained my clothes. I should have said nothing and let other members spend forty bucks on something that may ruin their clothes? Is this forum not FULL of posts from folks sharing bad and good experiences with firearm related products?
My original comments were not derogatory toward Tagua, just the facts about one of their products. When they took care of me, I gave them their due. Seems pretty fair to me.

I for one am glad to see they stood behind their product.
I had bought a holster that looks like the one you posted, Just in black is the difference. I like it and conceal my gun well.
Not a bad price for a decent holster from my point of view. And thank you for posting this. I have more confidence in their stuff now. I will stay away from the belt tho....
