First, you are going to have to say what the application for speedloading a .41 Colt is.

The .41 Long Colt has a smaller rim but a larger body diameter than .38 Special.
But that is the only thing close enough to have a chance at working.
Try speedloaders listed for the Python, it was the last of the ".41 Frame" Colt revolvers.
