I'm pretty sure you meant to put this in your holster thread...but anyway, that mount looks like it will clear any race holster that I know of.

Waktasz,Thanks for the info,I think I'll go with the C-R speed to be sure I have a solid fit without slicing,dicing & Dremiling,I don't want to be lifting up a large popper and deposit my G17 on the ground..:)

That's why I went with the Racemaster. Even with the lock on the CR Speed you can pull through it. When the Racemaster is locked there's no way it could ever come out.

I e-mailed the photo of my G17 to DAA in the Netherlands (The maker of Racemaster) & he said I MIGHT have to doodle with the mount or the edge of the holster to get a snap in fit.So I think I will see if any one in my Club has a racemaster or DAA Racer to fit MY G17 as built.Mostly all of the open shooters (about 24 of us) are shooting 1911's STI,Para,etc the other 50 or so members are in Limited & Production etc..So I'll walk the squads to see if anyone else is shooting a Glock 9 Major(I haven't seen one yet)I believe I'm the only one....
