I like the idea of Remington Oil Wipes - conveniently packaged towelettes already impregnated with a bit of oil - but I don't like the fact that there's Teflon in them.
Does anyone know of a similar product, minus the Teflon?

Just cut up some pieces of flannel, old t-shirt, ect., then spray with the oil of you choice and stick 'em in a ziplock baggie. You will have better wipes at a fraction of the cost.

As far at Rem Oil and Teflon goes, been using it for over 2 decades with zero troubles.

I have used it since it came on the market whenever that was?

Rem-Oil is one of the best thin lubricating oils you can get.
There are better rust protection products that won't rub off as easily though.

I have no issue with Teflon if it's bonded to a metal surface, but I've read some scary stuff about how particulates of the stuff go right through skin and into the circulatory system, causing nerve damage.

Just use a rag with sythetic motor oil on it, keep in a ziploc bag.

Get a sheep skin carwash mitt, cut off a section of the skin and work some RIG into the wool. Use that for wiping down your guns, it will leave a thin film of RIG in the metal surfaces. Store in a plastic bag or small tin.
