Yup. Shot one a coupleweeks ago that belonged to someone at my club
It was a sweet shooter and I got 5rds within an inch at 100.

I have an XS7 in .308 and absolutely love it. Great guns for the money.

I have ones in a 30-06, 270, and 7mm-08. All are decent guns for the money. I have yet to see the 223; new for 2012. Was the one you shot a heavy barrel?

I shot a buddies 270 XL7 and I was impressed by the trigger and accuracy for the price. I would pick up a .223 XS7 if I had the chance.
