did a little shooting on a friend's farm where we did some dirt work earlier in the week (in prep for our match later this month)

The 2nd pic is looking through the scope from the 1st pic. The 3rd and 4th pics are looking at the berm in the 1st pic. I won't give away the distances because some of the competitors read this forum, but the 2nd pic is >1000 yrds and the 3rd pic is >600 yrds. The distance in the 4th pic is just from where i parked my truck in a field, not where we'll be shooting it in the match.

had a good time shooting it. was just goofing off with my fire forming load (don't have good dope on it yet). got 2nd and 3rd rnd hits at the target in the 2nd pic. 1st and 3rd rnd hits on the 12" plate in the 3rd pic, but a 1st round hit on the 3" circle there! and 1st and 3rd round hits on the last pic.

The 3rd pic is fuzzy and green because i'm laying low shooting through a lot of grass

Nice! Some day I hope to own some land like that and build a shooting range on it.

This is going to be a great match. My wife and I are coming as spectators.
What beautiful land! Not used to seeing hills since I live in central Indiana. Next match I'll be shooting. Waiting on a rifle........
