Not reloading per-se, but I thought reloaders would be more interested in this than elsewhere on the site.
I was practicing before last night's bullseye match with my high standard using Winchester T22 ammo, which feeds great, but has terrible priming and overall QC. I've actually shot 100s in timed and rapid with this stuff, but it misfires so much I only use it for practice ammo now.
Anyway, I got a blast of junk in my face, a funny report, and found the bottom of the case pinched between the bolt and barrel. The next round was fully in battery and ready to go. Somehow I found the rest of the case on the ground amongst the tons of .22 brass.
I think the bullet went to the 8 ring at 3:00, but this might have been a previous shot (25yd Timed/Rapid target). The rest were in the black, and all 10 rounds were on the target.

The other guys at the match suggested that I loaded it too hot, or that I need to have the headspace on my high standard checked. :)
The last comment might not be too far from the truth...maybe it's time for a new recoil spring.
