Don't know if I have the right tools to remove this YHM rail tube, if not can someone guide me to where I can get the right tool for the job?
Thank you

It looks like there is a lock nut against the receiver. You will need a YHM spanner wrench. I would Contact YHM and ask what tools are needed.

You have the spanner wrench from YHM. It's the one with the three pins sticking out the other side.
When removing the lock ring, it can sometimes be loctited in place and is usually torqued down pretty good. Make sure you get a solid bite on the ring and you may have to use a soft hammer to break it free. If it doesn't go the first time, put some heat on the ring with a localized small flame (just a little heat, not red hot), then try again. The gas block will most likely have to come off in order to completely remove the rail unless you have enough clearance after the rail is unscrewed.

Got the rail remove & replaced with a 13" Alpha rail, I didn't get a chance to take pics of it but will do tomorrow.

How do you like the Troy Alpha Rail? I have a YHM quadrail that I want to swap out for the Troy Alpha. Don't need a quadrail and it is too fat for my liking.

The Alpha rail is one of my favorite handguard, it's slim & light weight. At the moment I owned three but I may replace the float of my FAR308 with the Alpha model.
