Need help with putting a yr to my SKS sn# 22000286

bought a norinco sks sn# 22000286 , I'm thinkin its a 77 or a 78 can any one help me figure out the year for sure and it has a rectangle with 0141 in it what does this mean?? I paid $125 it's in very good shape. thanks
