I have been married to my wife for 29 years now and she still surprises me once in a while. I have had guns all our marriage so my wife is not anti gun, she is just apathetic to them. I have tried to get her to go shooting with me for years but have had no success to get her to shoot. I bought a little Iver Johnson .32 S&W top break revolver a few days ago and as usual I showed it to her. I expected her to say "oh that's nice" and go back to what she was doing. Instead she said " oh, what a cute little gun, can I see it". I handed it to her, she looked it over and handed it back to me. Last night I was talking to her that I had to buy some ammo and go shoot the gun. She said "I would like to go and shoot that gun with you". I about fell out of my chair when she said that. I have been trying to get her to shoot all these years and then out of the blue, this. I guess I should have bought one 30 tears ago. Maybe a whole drawer of them. Anyway I am happy that she is finally going to go shooting with me.
