I am unable , for some reason unknown to me, to purchase a CZ 97 DB. No dealers seem to stock. At this point I am thinking of purchasing a Witness Limited Pro .45acp. I would appreciate comments on my tentative decision concerning pistol quality EAA customer service. Thank you all for your responses.

EAA service is good, the attitude is grumpy, which is to say, they are gruff and uncaring on the phone, but they follow through with repairs.

These Tanfoglio Limited pistols are really fine pistols, best in their price-class and as good as pistols costing hundreds more. They also fit the hand better than the CZ-97 (I've owned both).

In my opinion you won't find a better pistol for anywhere near the money than the Witness.
