Has anyone purchased this black powder storage box?

I'm thinking about purchasing this Steel Powder Storage Box (http://mainepowderhouse.com/powder-storage-safe/).
From the description it would appear that the purchaser must line the box with 1/4" plywood. I'm curious to know if one must line the bottom and sides of the box with plywood as well as the top of the box?

Its a portable box used inside explosive storage magazines. Its a bomb when involved in a fire.

The National Fire Protection Agency suggests 1" plywood insulation on all sides, top and bottom of a magazine storing 20 or more lbs of propellant.

I've had this same one for about 10 years now. I lined mine with sheet rock from the advise of the fire marshall at my place of employment. By design it's to release pressure, but I'm not sure I would count on this. Most fire departments in the area think highly of this style.

Here we can't use metal at all. Must be wood, I made my own.

I think the powdercoat paint is supposed to make it less likely to static/spark. None-the-less the manufacturer specifies use of 1/4" plywood lining. Sheet rock is used as a fire barrier. As I recall, a fire barrier per code in many locals requires two or three layers of 3/4" sheet rock between certain areas. My fire resistant Liberty safe is lined with sheet rock.
