Any one know of a company who makes custom muzzle device for AR-15 style rifle?
Looking at these 2 options for my 338 Spectre Build.
1. Reverse XM177 style FH for 5/8-24 threads with .338 diameter opening.
2. Sending my barrel off to be cut and rethreaded to standard thread pattern for 5.56/223 AR-15 with XM177 style FH (from Model 1, with the holes/slots all the way down the FH, instead of just the ones at the end) welded, pinned, and opened up for .338.
The only company I can think for option 1 is Gunsmoke (from TV). Option 2, all that comes to mind is ADCO.
Thoughts?
