That video is really cool! I would suggest a small description though. The thread might be deleted if not. If it did it would be a shame, because that is a really great video.

...it's Gnat shooting in Florida. It started in England. And thanks for the link!
It's a video of "sporting clays" with a radio-controlled airplane instead of clay pigeons. The plane is designed to absorb multiple hits from target loads, and there are multiple shot-activated flash-bang "pots" on the lower surface of the wing to indicate hits. It's pretty spectacular.

What's not to like? Guns, explosives, and RC planes.

Now that looks like a great way to get someone into wing shooting.
Thanks for sharing.

It has been done a few times in Tampa at Tampa bay Sporting Clays during a major charity fundraiser, neat idea

That looks really fun! Maybe they will think about selling their fuselage and wings so we don't have to find someone willing to donate their RC.

On the other hand, think about what poor Sarah Brady would say..."My gosh, they're teaching people to shoot down airplanes!"
I understand from history that B-17 gunners were taught with shotguns, too. :)
That's neat, would love to try it sometime.

The English East Midlands are overrun with pheasants the size of ducks; I knew a fella in Lincolnshire whose wife punched a hole in the fiberglass bumper of a Ford Mondeo hitting one at B-road speeds. Why are you shooting drones? I spent whole summers waking up to 4 am sunrises and screeching noises like a bad Puegot starter motor 'cuz not nearly enough of the things are being SHOT! plus, they're edible! please, shoot the bloody pheasants. post video of that.

Several years ago we made combat planes out of PVC gutter pipe and that corrugated plastic for the wings. That looks like what they are using in the video. That would be pretty cool to do sometime.
