Photo courtesy for the smart phone type people?

Seems that more and more people are using small computers and smart phones. For the time being I REFUSE to jump on the band-wagon (I'll probably like it too much and I already spend too much time on the computer as it is..)

I am seeing more photos being posted as an attachment with a thumbnail vs the full on photo.

A while back I had a photo deleted by a moderator because it made it harder for people to "scroll" through. No problem with that, I am just wondering if people need to stop posting full photos? Is this going to be an issue?
