I picked up this brake to test for an upcoming SBR (short barrel rifle) build and wanted to test if what I heard about the brake was true. Well, it is. Pros––-greatly reduces the perceived noise level for the shooter and it reduces the blast to those on your side. Cons––-slightly more perceived recoil. There was very little and statistically insignificant difference in bullet performance but the data is posted below.
