Article is dated 2009, and it is part of what really got the pot to boiling on this subject back then.
The pot stirring bloggers keep bringing it back up when things get slow, like Alex Jones at InfoWars just did.

It is an issue, I wouldn't put anything past the Obama Puppet and his NWO Oligarchy handlers if they get a second Obama term.
And since our Congress is thoroughly corrupt and insane, they might just Ratify it.
