Greetings all,

I am looking into getting a variable power handgun scope. The Simmons ProHunter 2-6x and the Bushnell Trophy XLT 2-6x look to fit my needs.

Doing a little research and it seems they are for the most part the same company. Besides things features like Truplex vs Amber bright - are these two scopes pretty much the same?

Thanks!,

AFAIK, the Simmons is made in China and the Trophy XLT in Korea.
The Pro Hunter is listed as multi-coated and the XLT as fully multi-coated. That makes a difference,
The XLT costs more. It's probably a better scope.
