parts source for AR15 mods

I have a Colt AR15. I would like to have a replacement handgrip that moves my hand a little further back so as to put the trigger more nearly in the right place for me. I also would like to have a butpad that is an inch or so thicker than the normal one.

Can you guide me to a source that has those items at reasonable prices? Thanks!

Seirra precision has a grip that may be what you are looking for. I believe there is an Ergo grip that does the same thing. There is also a grip adapter that positions the standard grip further back, sorry don't remember who makes that.
