I just saw this and it looks really nice! I'm going to order one for my 550, as I like to look down into the case after each powder fill, to see the powder charge level. It's reasonably priced, and I think it will make catching a possible overcharged case easier. I have no connection with this vendor, I just wanted to share what looks like a neat product!

I have a set on my 650. Worth the 20 or so bucks I paid.

I can get 300 smd leds for $20. Just add a power supply.

I have that system on my 550 and really like it. Is it necessarily? Not at all, but I like looking into my cases

I was one of his first customers. I have it mounted on my Hornady Ln. I can clearly see into the case and visually inspect the powder level.

Regarding the price: I could probably have bought the LEDs, wire, switch, and wall wart for less but my time is far more valuable that the 5 bucks I'd save.

I have the original setup on both of my 550s. Works great.

Don't have these lights, but I bought an "ERGO" Roller Lever For The Hornady Single Stage "Classic" Lock N LoadŽ Press a few months ago, and it changed my reloading life.

Good company to do business with, IMHO.

I had a small LED light and "Hot Glued" it to my press some time back.
I used an old power supply out of a defunct computer. Works great!
For me, it's essential.

Any charity store will likely have a good assortment of lamps. Find a small hi-intensity halogen gooseneck, clamp-on type desk lamp. Shouldn't cost more than a couple of bucks.

I have one of those clamped right next to the press. Plenty of light.
