Metal refinishing on a colt commander

I recently acquired a Colt Commander that had a bad case of surface rust...totally discolored the slide without any pitting. There are so many refinishing methods and products out there...Robar, Cerahide, Duracoat, Ionbond...and I have never had a firearm done. What do you recommend and at what price? The Colt will be carried concealed and I would like a satin black.
Thanks, Bimmer

Cera-Plate II
This one is in Cera-Hide. It's about 10 years old and still looks like new.

If I have it right, CPII is suppposed to be the most corrosion resistant finish, correct? Sure does look nice!!
