Did anyone catch this? What a great show. It gives the history of shooting ranges, static and reactive targets, and training facilities. There is a short profile of Thunder Ranch. Lots of fun stuff.

Yeah I liked the part about bullet traps as well. It was really interesting.

I watched the Guns of the Civil War a fair bit last night too.

Been glued to the History Channel lately. Currently watching show on the Rangers.

That was a good one.

Also TLC just had an urban legends show the other night that featured some gun. One the show one of the cast went to a range and fired a .50 BMG for the first time. He described it as "bowling with explosives" and commented on how exhilirating target shooting was.
