Does Sig make a variant of the 220 that allows for a DA first shot, as well as a thumb safety for cocked and locked carry? (i.e., something that works like a HK 45 Variant 1?)

Does the Sig 220 SAO do this, or is it completely a SA?

My Sig P220 is a DA/SA (not DAK) with decocker and European Style mag-well magazine release. There are many variants, perhaps one will suit you.

No, they do not. They offer DAK, DA/SA and there are some SA only.
