Hello everyone.

Can someone tell me how thick a Smith and Wesson 3913/3914 is through the slide? I know that the decocking lever will add a bit more, but I am just curious about the slide.

My carry gun choice is between this or a Sig 239 or maybe a Kahr. I think the Smith slim line nines are underated.

Thanks in advance

These are great little guns, usually can find them for a pretty good price. They have a really quick reset, which can be shot must more rapidly than my Sig 239. I think it is only 23mm wide at the slide, not counting the levers. Very trim. Good shootin.

I own a few of both and I'm happier with the 3913TSW ...

If my middle-aged eyes are reading the calipers right, I get 30/32nd of an inch of width on the slide of a NON-TSW 3914.

After owning a Kahr...shooting a zillion (really ! ) and owning a 39** series gun...they are both good choices.....
Both rated as the top CCW guns......
Shoot well

Yup, 30/32nds of an inch is just about what I got.

You just can't beat the 3913/3914's! I absolutely love mine.
