Not receiving instant notifications

I stopped receiving instant notifications about a week ago. I've gone over my settings and they seem good to me. Can anyone help?

That has happened to me in the past. I cleared out my cache, cookies etc, and all was well. Worth a shot.

OK, let's see if things work better over the next couple of days. About the time y'all are talking about I installed a new backup system on the mail server. I've disabled that, so we should be able to tell if that was the problem or not.

That has happened to me in the past. I cleared out my cache, cookies etc, and all was well. Worth a shot.

I tried that, but no joy. Thanks though!

I'm hoping that Derick's magic will fix the problem.

Looking into it in more detail now that the weekend's gone and I'm at a computer.

We're not listed in any blocklists that I can tell, but I'm having trouble talking to comcast mail servers.

How many of y'all that aren't seeing messages are using Comcast?

(First problem I've seen -- there may be more.)

Yep - verified. Cloudmark, not a spam blocklist but an "ip reputation remediation portal" had us flagged.

Asked for removal and tried to get into their feedback loop so we'll be apprised of future problems.

Now we wait...

Maybe the fix is in progress. We went from 1389 queued messages to about 1100, so that's some movement I guess.

Yep, I looked for some commonality earlier. basicblur and spleify use Comcast, others are charter.net, cox.net, and road runner.

Down to 468, so it's clearing.

Now to hope that we got added to the feedback loop so we get notified the next time something happens.

Aaaand now we're down to 64, which is typical.

Sorry you needed to point this out, folks. I'll see if there's a way I can set an alarm if this happens again. No promises though -- may not be possible.
