Don't know about their rifle brass, but I reload PMC brass in 9mm, .38spl, .45acp, and .357sig on a regular basis. I have had no problems with their brass.

Some of their .223 brass has/had crimped primers, just watch out for those and the occasional off center flash hole.

Just my .02,

I cannot speak for their .223 but I have had zero problems reloading PMC .38 special brass.

Out of all of the brass I reload (Starline, Remington, Winchester, Federal, etc.)...PMC hands down comes out the cleanest from my vibratory tumbler.

Steve

Years ago you could buy new unloaded PMC brass and I wish you still could. I have a bunch of PMC .44 magnum brass that I have been reloading for years.

Good stuff.

Sounds good thanks for the info. Figured I would ask because I have about 1000 rounds of it headed my way and plan to start reloading within a year or so.

Just watch the 223 brass, I've ran into some depriming issues, but they say you can use a universal deprimer and be good to go. YMMV :)

PMC is one of my favorite brands of pistol brass for reloading. Dunno about rifle.

If its PMC Bronze its great stuff. I have had good results with it and no depriming issues and no crimped primer pockets. Their X-Tac I believe its called in 5.56 has crimped primers , but the .223 Bronze does not.

It's good brass. Some of it as has been said is crimped.

I haven't run into any crimped PMC yet. I haven't shot my reloads yet but they went off fine the first time. ;)

I reload a but load of PMC 9mm. Never had a problem. They are no better or worse than anyone elses. Just as consistent.

on this page http://www.6mmbr.com/223rem.html about 15% of the way down there is a chart about the weight uniformity of pmc and other cases. pmc doesn't stack up too well. That said, it reloads fine. Mine does not have crimped pockets.

I was unpacking my bag from the range this morning anyway, so here are some pics. Fired out of a brand new RRA predator pursuit 20" upper @ 100yds using a 12x vortex scope, 1 round every 4 seconds or so, off a sandbag. 20 rounds, some fliers, not the greatest trigger in that gun, or my best shooting, but pretty representative of what I and the ammo are capable of. I generally shot between 1 and 1.5" out of my bolt gun 223 and 1.5-2" out of my last upper (spikes middy chrome lined, 9x tasco scope)

It's good. Company started in S Korea, now in Nevada. No problems with it myself.

I have some 223 & 38 spl PMC brass.
The 38 Spl is on it's 9th or 10th reloading.
The 223 stuff is on it's 5th.

No problems noted with either caliber.

I love that its a little heavier than average.

Goes great in the recycle bag. $2 + a # now !

The pistol brass loads well, as many have said... I can second or twentieth that.

I have noticed that in 45acp and 38 special PMC brass, without crimped primers, can be more difficult to seat a primer in than other brands. They reload fine though.

Love their pistol brass. It lasts forever. I bought a case of .223 ammo back in the 80's that had crimped primers. Strong as a bull but there were some off-center flash holes - some so bad that it broke the decapping pin in my dies. I just started looking at each case before sizing and tossing the really bad ones.

I am currently reloading several hundred pieces of PMC .223 brass and it is quite good.

I have it in several cartridges. I like it in all but for 223 I found that there is a lot of flash holes off center. I like that is is very soft & easy to work.

Lasts long, cleans up easily, and fits dies well. I use it without problems.:)
