Reloading Powders

Here in the UK we are seeing 2 "new" powders for which there appears little information.
One is being sold as "Elcho 17". The other as "RL 140".
With so little info people are using Rel 17 data & Viht N140 data for reloading.

Both of these powders are man. by Nitrochemie AG.
It would appear that Alliant USA buy the powder in bulk & repackage it/label it Elcho 17.
Cannot find any info regarding the powder labelled RL 140 in the UK

Does anyone have any information on either of these products please.
At present they are attractive in the UK as their price/kg is much cheaper than the so called "equivalent" Alliant/Vihtavuori products.

However I would like to see some manufacturers information giving the specs, burning rate etc for these powders before using them to reload for my rifles.
