What is my 30-30 worth?

I have a 30-30 model 94 that I bought new in 2005. I believe it was made just before the old Winchester company closed shop. It is a straight-stocked version ("legacy" I think) and is in very good condition. What would be a fair selling price for it?

$350-$450 is more than I would pay, but I wouldn't be surprised of you get that much. I'd start there and you could always move down. I wouldn't let it go for less than $250-$300 unless I really needed the money.

Taking it to a pawn shop or gun shop will yield a much lower price than a private sale. If you don't need the money right now, try to sell it privately.

I would never sell such a rifle!!!! Maybe for $1000 or so.

I know you didn't ask for this advice, but...That's a great rifle that you'll probably regret selling.

I'd pay prob 500$ if i liked the condition but I have an irrational attraction to 1894s :)

I see 94's for sale from time to time, they tend to go at a variety of prices up to $450 depending on condition. I have one myself although I do not shoot it very often it is there should I get the chance to hunt where there is brush.

What you get for it is going to depend on how much someone likes yours. It must be one of the last produced.
