hang fire June 29, 2012, 01:59 PM This 30 dollar graduated and fully adjustable aperture sight has proved out so well for quickly and accurately getting on target, and hitting it. The scout scope has now become a backup for the aperture sight.

WNC Seabee June 29, 2012, 02:04 PM You're not bothered by the aperture being that far from your eye?
trickyasafox June 29, 2012, 02:06 PM info on the aperture?
hang fire June 29, 2012, 03:19 PM I removed the disc and larger opening is just right for the sighting radius. Am amazed how fast target acquisition is with both eyes open, just concentrate on target, sights come up and on dead center.
Got my Mendoza sight here: http://www.pyramydair.com, but checked and they only listed the Mendoza micrometer sight now for $19.95.
But here is same Mendoza aperture sight for $30.00 also: http://www.airgunwarehouseinc.com/py-a-2003.html
The_Armed_Therapist June 29, 2012, 04:19 PM Cool! I, too, would have thought that being that far away wouldn't be very helpful. Glad it's working out! I may need to give them a try. :)
Red Tornado June 29, 2012, 07:00 PM That looks awfully nice for $30. How is it attached, I can't tell from the picture?

It is also great for mounting a scout scope with a dovetail to Weaver mount.
