So I went to the store today and got some ammo for my next range trip . 2 boxes of 9mm and 3 boxes of .45ACP. The 9mm is that usual green/brown baby s*** color , but the .45 cases are a dull gray phosphate looking thing . Anybody know what is up with that?

I heard they were going to some kind of weird polymer coating. I know for sure they did 7.62x39 and .223. According to Wolf all of their ammo is going to end up like that. So far people seem to like it more than the old green stuff at least in their rifles.

SURE!
If Wolf would get rid of that sticky lacquer coating it would be great range ammo. Especially if the price stays at $7.50 a box.
