To all you Taurus "Wheel Gunners". I have a model 669 in 4in 357 SS. I love this weapon. I was wondering what you fellow Taurus owers think of them. Mine locks up like a vault, timing is excellent, balance is great and it is very accurate. I like it just as much as my 4in GP100.
Your input please.

Yup! These were one of Taurus's early gems, in my opinion.

I have the 6", stainless , compensated model that I bought 20 years ago,
and like yours, is tight as a drum, and scary accurate.

I'm not much of a Taurus fan, but I can't imagine parting with this gun. It
shoots every bit as good as my S&W 625.

I do, however, save most of the heavy duty .357 shooting for the GP100 and Security Six.

My 6" was my first wheelgun. Not particularly tight but it's accurate enough. Fit & finish are very nice. As nice as my S&Ws? No, but none of my S&Ws were $300 OTD. :D

I've been very happy with mine. It's '82 vintage.

Same here. Own 2. One blued 669 with 6 inch barrel and one with a 4 incher.

Find the things the same as you AZ.

I have a blue 4" from 1988 and a stainless 6" from 1992 and either gun has been much more durable than a Model 19 and 66 I had, I don't care what the critics say.
