Hi guys,

I've looked everywhere possible and can't seem to find one (or two...).
I'm looking for the WW1/WW2 style 1911 stippled short trigger.

Pic attached.

Can anyone tell me where to get one?

Thanks

I think they call that checkered instead of stippled. I'll keep an eye out for one.

The trigger that's pictured is WW2 style, not WW1.

Anyway, attend some of the larger gun shows in Phoenix and visit the tables where vendors are selling parts. A lot of those short-fingerpiece triggers ended up as take-off's when a pistol owner replaced it for one with a longer fingerpiece.

Are you looking for a later, two-piece staked "coined" trigger...or an earlier milled/one-piece checkered trigger?

1911Tuner, no idea what the difference is...any photos or explanation?

This is a WWI milled one-piece long trigger.

The photo you posted is of a WWII stamped & staked two-piece short trigger.

rcmodel,

Thanks.
The one i'm looking for would be the stamped & staked one then.
I'll try bidding on the auction you posted - thx!

There were short, one-piece milled triggers, too. I've probably got a dozen here. Don't think I've got any staked two-piece. I'll go look to make sure.

Nup. No got one. Got several milled triggers...long and short...but not what you need.
