When I saw the title, I thought it was going to be a thread about old times when farmers would load rock salt into shot shells to shoot at kids on his properties.

I b'lieve we've got so many apocalyptic gun control threads that the OP is a pullin' our collective leg.

It may be Kosher for Passover, but I doubt that Bushmaster would think it's Kosher.

It's a play on words for "assault weapon." Kosher meaning "OK." So it is a rifle that is "kosher" under the "assault weapon" law of years past. I don't think the OP was trying to say anything relating to Jews.
