Powerball winner in my home state - close

The winner was from West Virginia. The town he was from is Hurricane. He has family here in the town I'm from - a sister, brother in law, etc. My brother saw a girl he goes to school with (a relative of the winner) on TV yesterday - on Good Morning America down in Florida. I know the guy's brother - have known him for years. He's busted his hump for as long as I've known him. If anyone deserves a break, it's him.

However, if one of us hillbillys had to win, why couldn't it have been me?:D
