I have a Rem 1100 with a fixed imp cyl choke. Is it possible to add a Rem Choke or other replaceable choke system?

It's possible, but not proabbly nor cheap.
Many fixed choke Remington barrels lack enough metal to use the Remchoke system. One I had done uses the old Truchoke system, aka .795"x44TPI. You might be better off picking up a Remchoked 1100 barrel and keeping your old barrel stock. It won't be much more expensive.
And, there's lots of utility in an IC choke.

Agree with Dave.
IMO/IME that 1100 with a fixed IC choked bbl is a great gun set up !
I would NOT do a choke system. You will regret it...Seen too many folks have a bad case of regrets. Don't sell that bbl either...trust us on this. :)
I'd get another bbl.
I really like the fixed choked bbls. I and many others others grew up with these. The deal is for instance with your exact same set up [ I had one, paid full retail around $159 IIRC].
I used chilled shot for close up quail, used harder shot for longer shots. We adjusted the loads ( shot size and shot hardness) to adapt to task.
I really think sometimes the screw in chokes makes shotguning more difficult and messes folks up . I really do.
