Flap holster with hinged top?

A long time ago I ran across the site of a holster maker that made flap holsters with hinged tops. The tops would rotate forward as you put you hand under the flap to grasp the gun so you could draw the gun without having to slow down to unsnap the flap of a conventional flap holster.
Does anyone know of a holster maker that makes a holster like this?
Thanks

The old Bianchi Model 66 Miltary holster pivoted on two snaps, was reversible for left or right, and the flap tilted up to facilitate the draw. It was made for the Colt 1911A1, and similar autos. http://images.cloud.worthpoint.com/wpimages/images/images1/1/0807/25/1_a5d06cc5521b10587b1422412e275636.jpg

I think it's all a gimmick.
If you have a need for something quick draw, keep away from anything with a flap.
If you want to carry a sidearm with an added level of protection from the elements and brush, then use one with a flap. It isn't meant for speed and trying to design around it isn't the best solution.
