STI target master sight !!!!!

Hello, I have a pistol STI Target Master and I want to know this. I have a front sight that is .115 wide, I find it too thin so I would like to change for a .125 wide but the company has not STI sight .125. My question is does a gunsmitter could modified my sight of .115 to become a .125 wide ?
