Need a local gunsmith...

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone here knew of a good local gunsmith in Maryland, hopefully close to Aberdeen or not too far out of the way who knows how to do barrel work for ARs (Specifically 9mm ARs) as well as proper assembly of the upper and lower. Thanks.
