This is the result of 8gr of AA#7 under a 180gr lrn. The group measured 1.715" shot from rest at 25yrds with my Gen 4 Glock 22. I'm pretty happy with it. What do you guys think? Can it get better?

That's a good group, but five rounds from a handgun at 25yds is not a really good indicator; the next five might tighten a bit without changing anything, or they might open up. Was that the only group, or did you shoot others that you didn't present? The load itself seems ok and is right down the middle according to Accurate Arms data.

I take it you're shooting lead through a polygonally rifled barrel in full cognizance of the admonitions to avoid doing so. Or are you using an aftermarket barrel?

This was the best of 4 5shot groups. The other ones were still under 2" though. Yes I'm fully aware of the whole fallacy of shooting lead through glocks. I pull the barrel every 50 or so rounds to check for leading. So far I've had minimal leading at best. 2 passes with the boresnake and the bore is shinier than a nickel in a goat's butt!

Doesnt sound too bad! I also shoot lead from my glock, and it sure doesnt bother me either! My G21 doesnt lead up either, and it shoots lead bullets very accurately.

If all the groups are pretty much the one you posted, I'd say you've found a good load. Whose bullets are those you're shooting?

BTW, I'm not one of those "OMG, you put lead through your Glock!?" guys. I just wanted to make sure the OP was making an informed choice.

Can it get better?

I dont know? Can it?
Only one way to find out. If it gets worse, Then go back to this load and stick with it.
Especially if there are no pressure signs, Functions in your firearm and can deal with the recoil.

Good job on finding what works for you.

That's an excellent Glock group. You might wanna try different prmers as they also affect accuracy.
