I've got an Eagle Industries dump pouch that fits my needs well. A lot of guys are buying the Eagle folding evidence bag to use as a dump pouch, that way it takes up less space on your belt when you aren't shooting. Training and matches are what most people use them for. Even a SWAT officer probably won't use enough ammunition in an operation to make one necessary. That's why a lot of guys are going to the fold up bag.

HSGI makes a good drop mount.
I also have the MM dump pouch which was the original design that Maxpedition licensed.
