Does this exist

Is there such a thing as a rear peep sight, (maybe a ghost sight?) for revolvers? I'm thinking it would work fairly well, with the correct sized aperture, with a white outline, maybe?

Well wait a minute...I have some concerns about "peep sights".
Trying to make handgun parts out of brightly colored marshmallow candies just doesn't seem like a good idea.

Millett Sights (www.millettsights.com) catalog an optional peep blade for their popular line of iron sights that fit most popular pistols and revolvers, excluding the pocket sized ones.

IMO ghost-ring/peep sights on handguns are really more of a novelty than an upgrade.
Your eye isn't close enough to the aperture to get the normal benefits (increased depth of field, ghosting effect of the rear ring), so really the only thing that happens is that the ring obscures some of the target. You also don't get the sight radius increase that fitting an aperture sight to a rifle usually provides.
The actual effect is about the same as if you modified your rear sight to a wide U-notch in stead of a rectangular notch and then put a little shield over the top of the sight to screen out some of your target. Bad two ways--it's been proven that the U-notch isn't optimal for accuracy, and obscuring your target doesn't make much sense.
I love aperture/ghost ring sights on rifles, but I just don't think they make sense on a pistol.
On the other hand, they don't make sighting much harder than normal, so if you like them and don't mind having some of your target obscured, go for it. I think I've posted this before, but I have tried a ghost-ring sighted pistol and I didn't hate it nearly as much as I thought I would. ;)
