Any help with some knowledge about this JP Sauer 20 ga SxS I have. Think it is a Model 60? Made in western Germany. Not sure what it is worth, the auction sites havent been much help.
Thanks

Lets have some in focus shots of the proofs especially the under side of the barrels as well as the other markings. 20 ga. German guns are not the norm and often bring a premium.

Does it have a top rib extension? If not, it is probably a Model 60.
Single trigger and beavertail, woo, woo, baby.

No photos of the proofs, but has Nitro Proved on the barrels
On the barrel lug that attaches to the action there are some oak leave stamps, 11 59 20/70/2 3/4"
On the barrels
J.P. Sauer & Sohn
Made in W. Germany
Hard to read, but it looks like "Frezial Fauhstahl" 20/70/2 3/4"

The "11 59" is likely the proof date (November, 1959), and the barrel marking is almost certainly "Spezial Laufstahl"/"Special Barrel-steel". No idea on value, sorry.
