Anybody use them? I'm thinking about ordering some for a holster I'm thinking about making. I'm making a holster for my Kahr CM9, so it's not like I'm trying to keep up a full size 1911, but I'd be interested to hear from some of you who've actually used them.

Never used c clips as I dont see the need for them but there has to be a cheaper alternative. I know lots of places to get spring steel clips, tek loks, belt loops etc. doesnt comp tac want like $10 each for those?
