I need a tool sharpened, PTG customer service?

I have a PTG 11° crowning tool that hit a hard spot while crowning & put a chink in all 4 blades. So, I tried contacting PTG through thier website twice over the last few weeks & received no response. I asked them if they have a tool sharpening service, or am I hosed & in it for a new tool.
Does anyone have any experience with PTG's service? There are some other things I'd like to buy from them, but this is a bit of a turn off. That said I'm in the customer service profession & I understand being behind on helping folks out when you're real busy.
Any opinion on whether the tool can be sharpened or is it ruined? I've got more work to do!
Thanks to all. :)

If I recall correctly it is literally a mom and pop company. I'd try to get them on the phone. If they're busy, email may not be a high priority.

A good machine shop should be able to do it If PTG can't help.

They do sharpen and modify reamers & cutters. Give them a call and you'll have the price in a couple minutes

Give Dave Kiff a call at PTG. They are not a mom & pop shop. Dave does offer resharpening services and will take care of you.

Absolutely sterling customer service for many years with me. If Dave says a thing is so... It is. If he doesn't know, he'll tell ya.

So I actually did give them a call today, real nice folks. Said they were just real behind on emails. I'll be sending the tool in, they say about a 2 week turnaround.
